SubQuick (the "Service") creates and edits captions and burns them into videos. Editing and exporting happen on your PC; transcription, translation and AI features run on servers operated by 주식회사 ECDS ("we").
1. The Service
These terms govern your use of the Service. By using it you agree to them.
2. Accounts
- You sign up with an email and password, Google, or a phone number. You must be 14 or older.
- Your account is for you only. You can sign in on the number of devices your plan allows.
- Creating multiple free accounts to get around limits is not allowed.
3. Plans and usage
- Each plan has a monthly allowance of transcription time, translated characters, AI feature uses and a maximum video length, shown in the app's "My account". Unused allowance does not carry over.
- Usage is measured by our server. Requests that fail because of a provider error are not counted.
- When free usage spikes we may pause free requests temporarily.
- Paid plans and payment terms will be announced separately when sales begin.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your videos, audio and captions. We process audio and caption text only as long as needed to provide the Service, do not keep it and do not use it for training. Use only videos and audio you have the right to use.
5. Prohibited use
Creating unlawful content, infringing others' rights, attacking the Service or sending automated bulk requests, modifying the app to get around limits, and selling or lending accounts. We may suspend use or close accounts for these.
6. AI results
Transcription, translation, keywords, titles and other results are generated automatically and may be wrong. Check them before publishing.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may change features or pause the Service for maintenance. We will give 30 days' notice before ending the Service.
8. Liability
Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Free features are provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law guarantees you.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account anytime in "My account". Sign-in stops immediately and the account is deleted after 30 days.
10. Changes to these terms and governing law
We announce changes 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes less favourable to you). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
