Install and get started

  1. 1Run the SubQuick-Setup file you downloaded and follow the steps. No administrator rights needed.
  2. 2Open SubQuick and sign up or sign in with your email. Your 12-day trial starts right away.
  3. 3Add a video and press "Create subtitles" to get captions synced to every spoken word.
On first run, Windows may show "Windows protected your PC". This is because the app isn't code-signed yet. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".

Requirements

  • β€’Windows 10 (1809 or later) or 11, 64-bit
  • β€’8 GB of RAM or more recommended
  • β€’At least 2 GB of free disk space
  • β€’Internet connection (speech recognition and translation)

Your video never leaves your PC. Only the audio is sent to the speech recognition server when you create subtitles.
